Refund Policy

At Aatmshakti Institute of Integrated Medical Research (AIIMR), we are committed to providing high-quality training and education in Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrated health. Please read our refund guidelines carefully before purchasing a course.

1. General Refund Rule

Due to the digital nature of our courses, including instant access to premium video lessons, downloadable PDF handouts, slides, and certificate generation, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and access to the course content is granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Technical Access Issues

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your course content, please contact our support team immediately at admin@aiimr.in. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. Technical access issues do not warrant a refund unless our support team is unable to restore your course access within 7 business days of receiving your detailed report.

3. Price Adjustments

We do not offer price protection or refunds in the event of subsequent price reductions or promotional discounts. You agree to pay the price listed at the time of your purchase.

4. Double Payments

If you have been charged twice for the same course due to a technical error in the payment gateway, please send the payment receipts and transaction IDs to admin@aiimr.in. Upon verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
